Wednesday MOC Fitness - Chisel: 12:00pm (noon) - 12:45pm

TOT Time Playgroup: 9:30am - 11:30am
Thursday MOC Fitness - Cardio-Rebound Body Bootcamp: 9:30am - 10:30am

Bridge Club: 1:00pm - 4:00pm (September - April)
Friday MOC Fitness - Barre Method Intensive: 9:30am - 10:30am

  1. The MOC fitness courses are registered through MOC Fitness only and are ongoing throughout the year.
  2. Sportball will return to Crestwood Community League in the fall, please stay tuned for more updates!
  3. TOT Time is a community inspired playgroup that welcomes ages 0-5, along with a parent or caregiver to play and get to know your neighbour!
