Sportball, 3.5 - 5 year olds: 5:15pm - 6:15pm

Sportball, 5-7 year olds: 6:15pm - 7:15pm
Tuesday MOC Fitness - Bounce & Barre: 9:30 am - 10:30am

MOC Fitness - Flexibility and Myofascial Stretch: 7:45pm - 9:00pm
Wednesday MOC Fitness - Chisel: 12:00pm (noon) - 12:45pm
Thursday MOC Fitness - Cardio-Rebound Body Bootcamp: 9:30am - 10:30am

Bridge Club: 1:00pm - 4:00pm (September - April)
Friday MOC Fitness - Barre Method Intensive: 9:30am - 10:30am

  1. The MOC fitness courses are registered through MOC Fitness onlu and are ongoing throughout the year.
